The Environmental Health Division is dedicated to improving our county's health by minimizing environmental hazards. Inspections, educational programs, educational materials, consultations and the enforcements of City, County, and State regulations ensure the protection of the environment.
The Environmental Health Division is for both state mandated and non-mandated programs including animal bite surveillance, food protection, private water systems, sewage treatment systems, public swimming pools/spas, manufactured home parks, campgrounds, tattoo parlors, solid waste, scrap tires, vector control, rodent baiting and housing regulations.
